This beautiful and exquisitely constructed garden was created to enhance the setting of this country manor house. Adjacent to the ‘Orangery’ we constructed a spacious, elegant terrace, built from honey-coloured English York Sandstone, to create a stylish seating area.
A sunken, terraced garden, filled with herbs for the kitchen is reached by bespoke stone steps which link the ‘Orangery’ terrace with the kitchen garden.
The long walk which leads the visitor on a journey around the garden, contains a reflective pool, a simple rectangular water feature. Planting around the house is formal and elegant, topiary box parterres provide a crisp clean finish to the stylish paving. Further from the house the planting softens to produce a graceful and charming, country style.
